Our Mission
Through prayer, education, and action, the Family Life Office assists in evangelizing and empowering Catholic families so each member can fulfill his or her vocation in the Church and in the world, fully appreciating the dignity of all human life from the moment of conception until natural death.

We are excited to share that we received official confirmation that the Holy Father will be joining us in Philadelphia in September 2015 for the World Meeting of Families. We look forward to welcoming Pope Francis not only to Philadelphia for the first time, but to the U.S! We hope to see you in Philadelphia for this joyous event! The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops urges the faithful to stay aware of the need for conscience protection in the field of health care and health coverage.
