John Paul II Catholic School, a Catholic, co-educational, AdvancEd/SACS-Accredited school located in Ridgeland, South Carolina within the Diocese of Charleston, is seeking a committed Catholic educator to serve as principal.

The school, in its second year of existence, currently serves 120 students in grades 7 through 10; grade 11 will be added for the 2015-16 school year, and grade 12 will be added for the 2016-2017 school year.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

1) practicing Catholic,
2) Masters Degree in Educational Administration (in Catholic School Leadership a plus),
3) minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Catholic secondary school administrator
4) certification in secondary school administration

Director of Stewardship and Development (FT, Charleston)
The Director serves as the primary advisor to the Bishop and Vicar General in matters of stewardship and fundraising. Responsible for the management and operation of all programs and services provided by the Stewardship office including the diocesan annual appeal, conducting parish and school capital campaigns, implementing parish stewardship appeals, internal and external grant programs, and planned giving.

Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel and Word, and knowledge of Raiser's Edge fundraising software required. Thorough knowledge of Catholic church fundraising and principals of Christian Stewardship, Catholicism, and structures of the Catholic Church required.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Minimum of 7 years experience in diocesan or parish fundraising, specifically capital campaigns, stewardship appeals, major gifts, strategic planning, and planned giving, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual, Spanish/English, a plus.
